Year 2 of the Global Leadership Training program will be hosted by LCF from 21 Feb to 01 Mar. We will be having the same 24 leaders that attended year one with us. The Global Leadership Training program is a three year Pastor training program where the invited participants gather for two weeks each year to study the Bible and excel in Pastoral leadership. We are hosting the event yearly at the Veritas building in Vanderbijlpark.

- The first year focuses on the Gospels and leading self (to be a disciple of Jesus).
- The second year focuses on the writings of Paul and leading the local church, as well as church planting.
- The third year focuses on the other New Testament writings, the early church and leading across cultures.
Each participant will be expected to engage in several ministry assignments over the course of each year.
It is our desire that through the Global Leadership Training program, Pastors will grow deeper in their understanding of the scriptures, will strengthen their skills for effective Pastoral Leadership in the local church, and will engage in greater works of evangelism that include reaching their community with the love of Jesus, planting new churches and sending missionaries across cultures.
